If you can get a Wi-Fi connection, you can listen to internet radio on your PSP. Once you’ve established your connection to the internet, you’re ready to tune into any internet radio station out there. Here’s how.

1.Go to the highest level of your menu system. It’s entitled HOME. Click.
2.Go to Internet radio.
3.You’re going to see a selection that reads About Internet Radio. This is misleading. When you press X for this, it’s going to lead you straight into the menu for setting up your internet radio. Select ABOUT INTERNET RADIO.
4.Welcome to the intro screen for your PSP internet radio! You’ll see a neat microphone icon to the right and two selections to the left. Choose ADDING AN INTERNET RADIO PLAYER.
5.You’re going to see an App selection screen. Unless you’ve done your homework on the available apps, it’s not possible to know the difference between them. Just for the sake of learning to set the player up: Choose the first one and select ADD PLAYER TO MEMORY STICK DUO MEDIA.
6.Agree to the license agreement by scrolling down and clicking accept.
7.A Do you want to save this file screen will appear. Select Yes. The download will begin.
8.A few minutes will pass and you’ll see a Save completed message.

Congratulations! The internet radio application is an official part of your PSP. When you return to the homepage of your PSP, you’ll see something that says Internet Radio Player II. When you click on that, you’ll see the question Do you want to run the plugin embedded on this page. Click yes. This question is repeated each time you launch the application, just in case you ever change your mind.

The radio player launches. Part of the fun of internet radio is learning how to navigate its many channels and controls. Every player is set up with different colors, buttons, and switches to make it feel unique to the user. It might take awhile to learn the layout but the fun is getting there. Getting there means listening to some of the most diverse and amazing music in the world.
